Our approach to building design is to produce innovative solutions within the constraints of the site.
Prior to commencing any building design project we analyse the site and its potential. In addition we search for all available relevant documentation, in particular the local authorities UDP, other local policies and any available historic documents that may affect the design proposals.
We discuss with our clients the implications that conservation areas, building listings, neighbouring properties, community consultation and community involvement may have on the development of the design proposals.
We apply for planning permission on our clients’ behalf once the design is complete.
