Building design, interior and landscaping projects all require comprehensive site surveys. Our surveys include: detailed dimensions; an in-depth description of the site; an assessment of any impact from surrounding developments, competitors or buildings; the available services; general conditions and any building defects. The exact nature of the site survey will depend on the individual site and clients’ needs.

Included within the site survey would be analysis of planning use, planning zoning, English Heritage issues, conservation areas and party wall matters.

Drawings and written reports are provided upon completion of the survey.
