The implementation phase of any project requires attention to detail, frequent monitoring and quick reaction to issues as they arise. During construction we attend site on a regular basis, often daily to ensure that the works being undertaken are as designed and as agreed and that the client is fully informed of progress.
Once the project is completed we attend site with the client to assess the works, to ensure complete satisfaction.
Post contract coordination is undertaken: final account, release of retentions; duties under the CDM regulations; inspections; snagging and defects.
